Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.

However, please also note that because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Face masks
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Dimensions: approx 20cm x 19cm x 4cm.  Strap approx 80cm.

Materials: wool; plastic button

Care: Sponge clean,  but if necessary, handwash, air dry and reshape whilst damp

We provide Royal Mail standard delivery on orders delivered to the UK and Internationally.  Prices on all products are outlined at checkout. 

From the date of despatch, delivery times are normally approx 3-5 days for the UK and approx 6-7 days for the rest of the world.  Extra duty may also be payable by customers on international orders.
